What to Expect In the
We're laying the ground work. During the first week you'll complete your fitness assessment, schedule your DEXA body composition scan, and get your individualized roadmap for the next 90 days.
You will learn about the basics of healthy eating, such as how to read food labels, choose healthy foods, and portion control. You will start with a workout routine that focuses on building strength and endurance.
After a weekly check-in with your coach, you'll discuss any necessary adjustments to your nutrition plan based on your progress and feedback.
The final week of your 30-Day challenge. You'll discuss with a coach the best next steps for you to continue with your positive progress.
We start to let you fly on your own. By now your eating habits will start to come naturally. You should start to see yourself getting stronger in your workouts.
If you've trusted the process, this is the point were you'll start to SEE the results. The clothes will be fitting better, and the confidence couldn't be higher!
